2022 – National Finalist, Bayanihan Service Awards conferred by the Department of Labor and Employment in “recognition of invaluable contribution and employment facilitation efforts in response to the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.”

2019 – National Winner, Outstanding Public Officials and Employees Award – Dangal ng Bayan Category conferred at the Malacañang Palace by Former President Rodrigo R. Duterte for his “performance of extraordinary act of public service and consistent demonstration of exemplary ethical behavior of an official or employee based on the eight norms of conduct provided under Republic Act No. 6713.”

2017 – National Finalist, Best Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Award under Component City Category conferred by the Department of Labor and Employment in recognition of him being a “Top Regional Performer in the promotion and delivery of employment facilitation programs, thus earning nomination for the National Best PESO Award.”

REGIONAL LEVEL

2024 – Plaque of Recognition for Digitalizing the Recruitment Process and being the first in Region XII and South-Central Mindanao to establish PESO Jobs PH, an Online Job Portal Management System that provides a platform where people who need jobs can find jobs and companies looking for jobseekers can find the qualified employees. The award was conferred by the Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office XII.

2019 – Plaque of Recognition as Regional Finalist and Winner in the 2019 Search for Outstanding Government Workers under the Dangal ng Bayan Award conferred by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Committee on Awards for his “performance of extraordinary act of public service and consistent demonstration of exemplary ethical behavior of an official or employee based on the eight norms of conduct provided under Republic Act No. 6713.”

CITY LEVEL

2018 – Outstanding Rank and File Employee for Year 2017 conferred by the City Government of Tacurong in recognition of his “outstanding performance as Rank and File Employee of the City Government of Tacurong, personifying the values of dedication loyalty, and performs with utmost efficiency and effectiveness thereby giving honor ad great contribution to the ideals of public service.”

2013 – Plaque of Commendation conferred by Rotary Club of Tacurong City in recognition of his “valuable support and collaboration to the Club’s community service efforts. His works on information-dissemination and employment facilitation made a significant boost in achieving the Rotary Theme of the Rotary International 2012-2013 Peace Through Service.”

2013 – Plaque of Commendation conferred by Tacurong City Network of Career Guidance Advocates in recognition of his “huge contribution in the career guidance and employment counseling advocacy in the secondary schools of Tacurong City thereby making a dent in the quest to solve the problem on jobs and skills mismatch.His commitment and dedication to career advocacy reached and benefited 5,289 students and 844 parents for School year 2013-2014.”
