𝐒𝐊 𝐏𝐄𝐒𝐎 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

The Department of Labor and Employment – Sultan Kudarat Field Office (DOLE-SKFO) held its Public Employment Service Office (PESO) 1st Quarterly Meeting on April 22, 2025, in Columbio, Sultan Kudarat. The meeting was led by Engr. Louie M. Esparagoza, Chief Labor and Employment Officer and SKFO Head.

PESO managers and staff from Sultan Kudarat attended, along with representatives from the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA). Updates on PESO programs and first-quarter achievements were discussed. Additionally, new guidelines for the Search for Best PESO were presented and led by Ms. Vanessa Gay D. Ramo, Labor and Employment Officer III. The DMW and OWWA representatives also presented their Anti-Illegal Recruitment and Trafficking in Persons (AIRTIP) program.

PESO Tacurong received a certificate of recognition for its implementation of DOLE Programs and Services, achieving the Highest Placement Rate and the Highest Number of Applicants Registered for Job Search Assistance. Additionally, it attained the Second Highest number of individuals and institutions Reached for Labor Market Information and the Third Highest Referral Rate for Job Search Assistance during the first quarter of 2025. The meeting concluded with other discussions and matters led by Allan S. Freno, PESO Manager.
