After completing their 20 days of work as special employees for the City Government of Tacurong, the 125 SPES Beneficiaries receive their 60% salary today, July 16, 2025, from the local government. Each of the beneficiaries received P6,642.00 as part of their total salary, amounting to P11,070.00. As the local governmentโ€™s counterpart, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) will soon release the remaining 40% of their salaries. This annual program, jointly implemented by DOLE and LGU Tacurong, aims to assist students from low-income families by helping them sustain their education through gainful summer employment.
